We are very sorry that the service in the restaurant on the Friday night was not up to your expectations.
As you propably already know, recrutement is very difficult in this industry, and we are currently working with new staff, that are still learning.
We want to guarantee each of our customer the best service we can, in the hotel as much as in the restaurant, sowe are sorry that we could not meet your expectations, and will try to do better in the future.
