All prices include VAT at the rate in effect at the time of your stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.
The book of your room can be confirmed: For booking of 1 to 2 nights: by a credit card number or payment of the amount of one night. For bookings over 2 nights and for all special offers, 30% deposit will be requested when booking.
In order to guarantee a consistently high standard of service, all services will be provided directly by ourselves unless agreed in advance. Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Cancellation
In case of a cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.
For a 1 or 3 nights stay,if the cancellation happens less than 48 hours before arrival date, the first night will be billed. In case of a no-show, the room will be billed entirely and the reservation for the entire stay will be cancelled automatically.
- For a stay longer than 3 nights, any cancellation that occurs within 14 days from the expected arrival date, 100% of the amount of the stay In case of a No-Show at the Hotel: 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased upon reservation.
Standard terms and conditions of invoicing and payment The balance of your bill is payable on receipt at the end of your stay. For long stays, we issue interim invoice every five nights, payable on receipt. Payment cards accepted: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, Diners. Charges for payment by bank transfer are payable by the guest. Should payment be made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate used will be the one in effect at the hotel on the day payment is made. Insurance The hotel cannot be held liable for any damage, breakages or theft of items belonging to the guest. In the case of any damage caused by the client or his/her guests, the client undertakes to restore the premises occupied by them to their original condition at his/her own expense.
The management reserves the right to cancel any contracts should an occurrence of force majeure so require (water damage, fire, etc.).

Disputes In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the courts at the location of the hotel. |
