IN THE ESTATE
Our Chef has a talent for enhancing simple
and tasty traditional recipes based on ingredients and produce locally grown,
and even in our estate for some of them. This is why the Château's gardener,
Étienne Châtel, is one of the key resources of the M!
Early in the morning, near the sunny
vegetable garden, Étienne shared his secrets with us... Since 2011, he has been
in charge of the Château's vegetable production. Ubiquitous in the greenhouse
and on the two gardens of the Château, he sows, digs over, hoes, harvests and
looks after its rows of fruits, vegetables and herbs for the needs of the
restaurant. Thanks to this laborious
work, most of the vegetables on your plates come from our estate!
A production completed by honey from our hives and eggs from our hens,
housed in a 5-star henhouse near the greenhouses of the Château.
